I'd like to highlight some books that have changed my life for the better in the hopes that others will benefit and receive the same enjoyment.

Books That Have Benefited My Career

Blue Ocean Strategy: How to Create Uncontested Market Space and Make Competition Irrelevant by W. Chan Kim (Author), Renée Mauborgne
I only wish that I had read this book a few years ago as it would have greatly helped us create better strategies when I was part of the executive management team at Unicast. This is a must read for any business executive.

User Stories Applied for Agile Software Development
Agile Estimating and Planning both by authored by Mark Cohn
If you're leading a development team from either the technology management or product management side of things and want to get your work to market faster and with higher quality. These are the books to read and mentor your development teams by.
